Professor Michel Ney

     Michel Ney

Michel M. Ney received the Engineering Diploma from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology of Lausanne, Switzerland. He obtained his Ph. D. degree in 1983 from the University of Ottawa, Canada in 1983 where he started his academic career as an assistant professor. Professor Ney spent his sabbatical year at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology as a Guest Professor in 1989. He became full professor in 1993 and since June of the same year, he has been with Telecom Bretagne.

Professor Ney is a member of the Editorial Board of the International Journal of Numerical Modeling: Electronic Networks, Devices and Fields. His research interests include millimeter-wave circuits, antenna and scattering, electromagnetic compatibility and interference (EMC/I) problems, time and frequency domain numerical techniques applied to electromagnetic engineering. Professor Ney is Senior Member of the IEEE and President of the French URSI Comission B "Field and Waves".
